Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Assistant for our client, a reputable Real Estate company, to join their dynamic team in Ikota-Ajah, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment, Training & Development, filing, and documentation. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
 

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
- Coordinate training programs and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Prepare and process HR documents, such as contracts and benefits enrollment
- Provide excellent support to employees and management on HR-related matters
- Assist in maintaining a positive work environment and company culture

Required Skills

- 3 years of experience in HR role, preferably in Recruitment, Training, and Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR systems and software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Must reside in Ikota-Ajah or immediate surrounding areas (proximity to location is a must)
