Job Description

We are looking for a HR Assistant Intern to support our recruiting and candidate consulting activities. You’ll work closely with our recruiters and founders, helping IT specialists find new job opportunities abroad and start careers in Germany. This is a remote internship based in the EMEA region, preferably within the CET time zone or ±3 hours. The role is a full-time internship lasting 6 months, with an evaluation after the period for a potential long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search and apply for IT job vacancies on job boards and professional platforms.
  • Assist in creating and editing CVs and cover letters for clients.
  • Send outreach messages to potential employers on behalf of clients.
  • Prepare simple progress reports on client job applications.
  • Conduct basic research on companies and job openings based on client criteria.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Required Skills

  • Fluency in English (C1).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and solid research habits.
  • Basic understanding of the IT landscape (e.g., you know Java vs. JavaScript).
  • Comfortable working with job boards and Google Docs.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Would Be a Plus: Any exposure to HR, recruiting, account management, customer support, or career consulting; experience with outreach/messages, scheduling, or structured admin work.
