Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment letters, reports, and other HR documentation.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Coordinate staff training and development activities.
  • Ensure all employee information is handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Required Skills

  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 0–5 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
