A reputable consulting organization is currently recruiting experienced HR Consultants to support end-to-end human resources advisory services beyond recruitment. This role is ideal for professionals with strong exposure to 360° HR consulting who are ready to deliver strategic and operational HR solutions.

• Deliver comprehensive 360° HR consulting services beyond recruitment
• Support clients across HR strategy, policies, performance management, compliance, and people operations
• Provide advisory support aligned with business objectives
• Engage stakeholders professionally and manage multiple client engagements
• Participate in structured consultations and internal review sessions
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a brief screening call.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR consulting (beyond recruitment)
• Demonstrated exposure to end-to-end HR functions
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a hybrid work environment
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and delivery focus
