Rotic Aluminium Extrusion is hiring an HR Executive to support the HR Lead in managing day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that HR systems, policies, and processes support operational efficiency. The position is based in Awka, Anambra.

· Location: Awka, Anambra
· Experience: 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments
· Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· Support recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees.
· Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases and documentation.
· Monitor employee attendance, leave requests, and workforce discipline processes.
· Assist with implementation and enforcement of HR policies and company procedures.
· Coordinate staff training schedules and internal communications.
· Prepare HR documents including contracts, letters, and policy updates.
· Assist in employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
· Ensure confidentiality and proper management of sensitive HR information.

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments.
· Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
· Experience managing employee attendance, documentation, and HR records.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and HR systems.
· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Discreet, trustworthy, and proactive.
