The HR Executive will support day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant in Enugu, including recruitment and onboarding, employee records management, attendance and leave administration, employee relations, and payroll support. This role requires an experienced HR professional with a strong background in FMCG/manufacturing HR.

• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee enquiries.
• Support employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Prepare payroll inputs.
• Support performance management activities.
• Maintain HR reports and trackers.
• Provide on-site employee support.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are properly implemented.

• B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• CIPM/ACIPM or another relevant HR certification is an advantage.
• 2–3 years' hands-on HR generalist experience.
• FMCG/manufacturing HR experience is required.
• Strong competencies in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Onboarding, Attendance & Leave Administration, HRIS/Data Reporting, Performance Management Support, Confidentiality, Communication, Problem Solving, and strong follow-through.
