- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year experience (NYSC or internship experience is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Must reside in or around Lekki
