The HR Officer/Junior HRBP will provide HR generalist support, preferably within the manufacturing sector, managing HR operations and employee relations.

• Job Location: Lagos (Proximity to Ikorodu is an added advantage)
• Employment Type: 6-month contract (Hybrid)
• Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 gross

Junctural Lab is currently hiring for an HR Officer or Junior HRBP on a 6-month contract basis, with a hybrid work mode in Lagos.

• Provide HR generalist support to the organization.
• Manage employee relations, documentation, and HR operations.
• Support HR initiatives and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with management on HR strategy and execution.

• 2 years experience as an in-house HR, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• HR Generalist experience required.
• BSC/HND qualification.
• Validated ongoing HR certification is an added advantage.
