Job Description

As an HR Intern you will support recruitment, talent management, and organizational growth initiatives. This role combines traditional HR responsibilities with strategic tasks to support the company's market presence and business expansion efforts, including recruitment planning across high-tech and AI-focused departments such as AI code development, AI system development, AI tool development, AI user/investor marketing, business development, project and operations management, fundraising, and AI-based HR innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional global teams supporting AI-driven business units across technical, commercial, and operational verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and outreach platforms, including for specialized roles in product
  2. engineering, system architecture, and investor engagement. 
  3. Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with senior HR staff across technical and business departments. 
  4. Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a positive recruitment experience using automated communication and scheduling tools. 
  5. Support onboarding and documentation for tech, business, and operational roles. 
  6. Conduct research to identify hiring trends and growth opportunities related to digital transformation and emerging organizational structures. 
  7. Engage with potential clients and partners to explore collaborations aligned with talent attraction and workforce strategy in functions like marketing, business development, and fundraising. 
     

Required Skills

  1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field, with interest in technology-driven sectors. 
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to coordinate across diverse technical and business teams. 
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning recruitment and performance analytics tools. 
  4. Passion for HR, talent acquisition, and contributing to strategic company growth initiatives.
