Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  2. Support performance management and employee development
  3. Manage employee relations and ensure policy compliance
  4. Maintain HR records and support HR reporting
  5. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes

Required Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum 2 years HR experience
  3. Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  4. Familiarity with HR systems and Nigerian labor laws
