Job Description

Talent Code Africa is seeking a dedicated NYSC Corps Member to serve as an HR/Admin Assistant. This role provides hands-on experience in Human Resources and office administration.

Reports To: HR/Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

•  Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

•  Maintain and update staff records (physical and digital).

•  Assist with HR letters, payroll documentation, and leave tracking.

•  Manage office filing, correspondence, and supplies.

•  Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.

•  Assist with reports, attendance tracking, and meeting coordination.

Required Skills

•  Bachelor’s degree/HND in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

•  Currently serving NYSC Corps Member.

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

•  Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
