Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Oversee comprehensive onboarding, orientation, and integration of new hires into the company culture.
  • Maintain meticulously updated employee files, verify staff references/status, and ensure full compliance with internal policies and Nigerian labor laws.
  • Monitor daily attendance, track leave schedules, and proactively manage employee welfare initiatives.
  • Act as a neutral, professional representative of the company in handling employee grievances and dispute resolutions.

Office & Facility Administration

  • Oversee general office administration, manage office supplies inventory, and coordinate facility maintenance.
  • Work closely with management to align HR policies and documentation with ISO 39001 (Road Traffic Safety Management System) requirements.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a dedicated HR/Admin role (experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain is an added advantage).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with or exposure to ISO 39001 framework implementations is highly preferred.
  • Male candidates resident within the Alakia axis of Ibadan are preferred for operational efficiency.
