We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead safety strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, manage risks, and promote a strong safety culture across the organization.

• Design and implement HSE systems strategies and safety integration in projects
• Conduct complex risk assessments audits and inspections
• Ensure implementation coordination and monitoring of HSE policies
• Ensure compliance with labour safety and environmental regulations
• Oversee selection use and maintenance of PPE and safety equipment 
• Investigate accidents near misses and unsafe conditions to prevent recurrence 
• Lead and manage the HSE team action plans and performance evaluations 
• Monitor and report effectiveness of the HSE Management System 
• Develop implement and assess HSE training programs 
• Drive safety communication across all staff levels 
• Liaise with management authorities and stakeholders on HSE requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
• Professional qualifications in HSE and Fire & Safety Management Systems
• 5–8 years’ experience in HSE and Fire Services (supervisory role)
• Strong knowledge of HSE Management Systems, Incident Investigation, Audits, and Environmental Compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
