A logistics company is looking for a Hub Agent to join its Operations team and support efficient day-to-day activities at its Badagry Hub.

• Receive, process, sort, scan, and dispatch shipments.
• Ensure accurate shipment documentation and system updates.
• Attend to customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with riders, drivers, and other hubs for timely shipment movement.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Track shipments and escalate delays, discrepancies, or exceptions.
• Maintain hub cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
• Support daily reporting and achievement of hub performance targets.

• Minimum of OND/NCE in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport Management, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, courier services, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication, numerical, and organisational skills.
• Basic computer/system proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
