The Human Capital and Talent Intern will support the Human Capital Department in delivering effective recruitment and talent acquisition services, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, recruitment research, interview coordination, candidate tracking, and recruitment reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing of candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases and other recruitment channels.
  • Search for and identify suitable candidates based on approved job descriptions and hiring requirements.
  • Review CVs and applications against defined selection criteria.
  • Prepare candidate shortlists for review by the Recruitment/Human Capital Lead.
  • Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and talent pool.
  • Schedule interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate interview details and other recruitment information to candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate status and recruitment progress.
  • Assist with preparation of interview and assessment materials.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases.
  • Prepare recruitment status reports and recruitment metrics.
  • Track key recruitment indicators such as number of candidates sourced, screened, shortlisted, interviewed and selected.
  • Assist with analysing recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Professional attitude and good work ethics.
  • Must stay around or close to Fadeyi, Lagos.
  • Must have at least 10 months remaining to complete NYSC.
  • BSC/HND.
