The Human Resource Manager will lead and execute the company’s people strategy, driving recruitment, performance management, employee development, and retention in alignment with organisational growth and culture.

• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain high-performing talent
• Build and manage strategic recruitment pipelines
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems, KPIs, and reviews
• Lead employee development, training, and performance improvement plans
• Oversee HR operations, attendance, discipline, and policy compliance
• Resolve employee issues professionally and confidentially
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks
• Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and compliance documentation
• Support leadership with workforce planning, succession, and restructuring

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
• CIPM certification (Mandatory)
• SHRM or HRCI certification is an advantage
• 4–6 years proven HR management experience
• Strong experience in recruitment, staff management, and performance systems

Skills & Competencies

• Strong people management and talent assessment skills
• Tech-savvy with HR software and digital tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
