- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- CIPM certification (Mandatory)
- SHRM or HRCI certification is an advantage
- 4–6 years proven HR management experience
- Strong experience in recruitment, staff management, and performance systems
Skills & Competencies
- Strong people management and talent assessment skills
- Tech-savvy with HR software and digital tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
