Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

To effectively discharge the duties of an experienced HR officer.

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2. HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) – mandatory
3. Experience in retail or FMCG, Downstream oil and gas is highly preferred 
4. Proven expertise in managing large, dispersed teams and HR operations in high-volume environments
5. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
