Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: Chief Operating Officer
Employment Type: Full-time/Remote

Experience: 2 - 4 years 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
• Staff Engagement and Retention
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support performance management cycles
• Assist with training and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
• Process HR documentation and employee queries

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of HR generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws
• Proficiency in HR software/HRIS systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Preferred Skills:

• CIPM certification or in view
• Experience with performance management systems
• Employee engagement program experience
