Job Description

1. Develop acceptable HR policies and procedures for attracting and retaining exceptional talents for approved positions
2. Ensure compliance with all Labour related laws and industry regulations across the organization
3. Provide strategic direction for HR across the business
4. Identify and implement technology to drive HR activities across the business
5. Provide professional advice to the top Management on HR related matters
6. Ensure best practice HR across the business
7. Build an enduring corporate culture within the company
8. Provide consistent, useful, quality assurance and professional expertise to the Management
9. Manage multiple HR tasks across company in different locations of operation
10. Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
11. Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances through effective, thorough and objective investigations.
12. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
13. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management e.g. coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions
14. Manage expatriate employees for documentation and related HR matters
15. Oversee evaluation and monitoring of training programs to achieve success and ROI.
16. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation as necessary.

17. Other responsibilities assigned by the senior management.
18. Manage community affairs.

Required Skills

1. First degree in social sciences, humanity or other relevant disciplines. A relevant postgraduate degree is desired.
2. Hold at least fifteen (15) years post-graduation experience.
3. Relevant Professional Certifications from recognized professional institutes is important for the role
4. Have a demonstrated track record in effectively managing subordinates.
5. Have experience in developing and presenting high-level presentations to both internal and external customers / clients as may be required.
6. Have demonstrated understanding of end-to-end business process
7. Have demonstrable writing/reporting skills and ability to promote the business interest through feature reports, articles etc
8. Demonstrate high skill levels in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel and be able to compile written documents, multi-media presentations and spreadsheets as may be required within the job description.
