Job Description

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Handle employee relations, inquiries, and basic HR support.
• Monitor staff attendance, leave schedules, and HR compliance.
• Prepare HR reports, memos, and communication.
• Assist with performance management and training coordination.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across the organisation.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
• Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPM certification (added advantage).
