Why This Job Might Be a Good Fit
This role suits an early-career HR professional who wants broad ownership of HR operations rather than a narrow specialist function. Because the role reports directly to the CEO in a growing manufacturing firm, it builds strong generalist HR experience across recruitment, compliance, and employee relations, which supports progression into HR management.
