We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of VRV/VRF air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate must have strong fault diagnosis skills and a good understanding of HVAC systems.

  • Job Location: Lagos & Abuja, Nigeria

  • Experience Required: At least 1–3 years in HVAC servicing and maintenance

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on VRV/VRF systems.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs.
  • Conduct system inspections and performance checks.
  • Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and recovery.
  • Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards at all times.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations to clients.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of SSCE; ND/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
  • At least 1–3 years experience in HVAC servicing and maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and electrical controls.
  • Experience with VRV systems, especially Daikin Industries, is an added advantage.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use service tools (multimeter, manifold gauge, vacuum pump, leak detector).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HVAC certification or technical training.
  • Manufacturer training from Carrier Global or Trane Technologies.
