- Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in ICLA, protection, legal assistance, or partnership management
- Proven experience working with implementing partners and monitoring partner-led projects
- Strong understanding of HLP, legal identity, civil documentation, community-based protection and dispute resolution mechanisms
- Experience in financial monitoring and budget tracking is an asset
- Proven experience working in complex and volatile environments
- Strong reporting, analytical, and data interpretation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide constructive technical feedback and mentorship
- Good understanding of humanitarian principles, AAP, and safeguarding
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to field locations
- Fluency in English is required. Hausa, Kanuri, Fulani, and other local languages are an added advantage
