The ICT Support Officer will provide first-line technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and support end-users across the organization.

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and telecommunication issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks and internet connectivity.
• Support the deployment, upgrade, and maintenance of business applications and systems.
• Ensure data backup processes are completed and monitored appropriately.
• Assist in implementing IT security policies and safeguarding organizational data.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, incidents, and support activities.
• Provide user training and technical guidance on ICT systems and best practices.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers when required.

• achelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in ICT support, helpdesk services, or systems administration.
• Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment.
• Basic knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, and data backup solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
