Job Description

This role is for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives where hardware meets human impact. You won’t be hidden in a server room—you’ll be at the heart of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding medical and administrative teams through digital workflows
  • Managing installations and maintaining robust networks across branches
  • Safeguarding patient data in line with local and international regulations

Required Skills

  • BSc or HND in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in ICT support
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
  • A proactive, security-first mindset
