• Provide day-to-day legal support and advice on business and operational matters.
• Draft, review, and assist in negotiating contracts, agreements, letters, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide concise opinions on relevant legal and regulatory matters.
• Assist with monitoring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Support the review and management of corporate and legal documentation.

• LL.B from a recognised university.
• Must be currently serving as an NYSC Corps Member.
• Must have been called to the Nigerian Bar and possess a valid BL Certificate.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
