The Information Technology Services (ITS) Officer will manage and maintain computer servers and network systems, ensuring smooth, efficient, and secure operations of all tech needs and services.

• Oversee the troubleshooting and configuration of system hardware and software; diagnose and resolve problems by repairing, debugging, and replacing computer parts in a timely manner as well as implementing and adapting new tools and setups.
• Develop remediation plans and facilitate implementation to reduce future risks of security breaches, data loss, and operational disruption.
• Automate IT processes within the organization to align with global best practices and stay abreast of current technology trends in web development and web standards.
• Maintain and review standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure that business operations and IT infrastructure activities address information security risks.
• Conduct consistent analyses of the Foundation's network to determine if existing components meet the organizational needs and perform upgrades, updates, or recommendations as required.

• HND/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Computer savvy and excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in network and server management support.
• Very strong interest and passion for information technology services and for the non-profit or development sector.
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
