The Intern Architect will support design development on live residential and commercial projects, produce technical drawings, assist with material research, and contribute to concept development.

• Supporting design development on live residential and commercial projects.
• Producing technical drawings and drafting in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
• Assisting with material research, samples sourcing, and specification.
• Attending site visits and client presentation preparation.
• Contributing to concept development and mood board creation.
• Learning how a design studio runs from the inside, executed end to end.

• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp proficiency.
• Basic rendering — Enscape or Lumion.
• Attention to technical details.
• Detail-oriented and open to learning (takes constructive feedback seriously and acts on it).
• Genuinely curious about materials, construction, and how things are built.
• Deadline-disciplined, even at the intern level; timelines matter here.
• Proactive and ownership mindset.
• Bachelor's in Architecture or currently doing your NYSC.
• High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet non-negotiable deadlines.
