- Graduated with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree within the past 12 months in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines), Project Management, Information Technology (IT), Business Administration and Management, or other related fields.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
