• Gather and document business and technical requirements through research and stakeholder interactions.
• Analyse client requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
• Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Assist with data migration, validation, and system documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform system testing and report bugs or enhancement opportunities.
• Provide technical support and assist in resolving user issues.
• Prepare project documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Odoo ERP and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate awaiting NYSC mobilisation or currently serving.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of databases, software applications, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
