Job Description

We are hiring an Internal Audit & Compliance Officer to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting periodic internal audits, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, and identifying financial risks and process gaps.

Location: Abuja

Key Responsibilities

Conduct periodic internal audits across all departments.
Review financial records, payments, commissions and expenses.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
Identify financial risks, leakages and process gaps.
Monitor land transaction documentation and client files.
Prepare monthly audit and compliance reports for management.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
3–5 years experience in Internal Audit or Compliance.
ICAN / ACCA / ANAN (in progress or completed is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of financial controls and risk assessment.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
