The Internal Audit Graduate Trainee will collaborate with the internal audit team to conduct audits of various departments and processes, assist in preparing and maintaining audit documentation, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, contribute to risk assessment, and participate in recommending improvements to internal controls and operational processes.

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Financial Management, or related disciplines.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, or other recognized accounting/audit qualifications) are an added advantage.
