• Professional certification or progress toward ICAN, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent (added advantage)
• Knowledge of NAICOM regulations, the Insurance Act, IFRS 17, and Solvency II (or equivalents)
• Familiarity with core insurance operations (life, general, or reinsurance) is highly desirable
• Experience with audit tools and data analytics is a plus
