Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain effective internal control procedures across business operations.
  • Monitor inventory movements and reconcile stock records to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Validate financial and operational transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct periodic checks and audits on operational processes and inventory management.
  • Identify control gaps, operational risks, and areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare internal control reports and escalate observed issues where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and approved procedures.
  • Support risk management initiatives and contribute to process improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to strengthen operational efficiency and accountability.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
  • Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA (completed or in progress) is required.
  • 1–3 years of experience in internal control, audit, accounting, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of internal control processes, audit procedures, and risk management principles.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
