• Monitor daily stock movements and analyze inventory performance
• Prevent stockouts and overstock situations through data insights
• Analyze sales trends to support demand forecasting and replenishment
• Maintain and improve inventory systems (ERP/WMS)
• Develop dashboards and prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations
• Conduct stock audits, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
