• Design, implement, and monitor the inventory tracking system for optimized inventory control procedures
• Examine stock levels and determine shortages and prevent overstocking
• Manage inventory documentation, ensuring they are accurate and up to date
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
• Create monthly consolidated inventory reports for all sites
• Conduct periodic training for stock controllers
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely replenishment based on supply levels
• Ensure compliance with standard inventory management practices
• Carry out cost examinations and adjustments
• Generate ideas for retail optimization across board

• Minimum of Bsc/OND/HND from a recognized institution
• Diploma in Purchasing and Supply (CIPS)
• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Experience with Odoo ERP is an added advantage
