The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's inventory operations to ensure accurate stock levels, cost control, and efficient supply flow. The role ensures proper inventory planning, monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting to support smooth business operations.

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices
• Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing overstock and stockouts
• Oversee receiving, storage, and issuance of goods
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
• Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control standards
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shrinkage, or losses
• Prepare periodic inventory reports for management

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
• Minimum of 4–6 years experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP software
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
