• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring quantities and quality align with purchase orders.
• Monitor and control inventory levels and track stock movements.
• Conduct regular stock counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
• Update the ERP system with stock transactions, adjustments, and movements.
• Coordinate with the Procurement team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports, including receipts, issuances, opening and closing stock balances, and variances.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to forecast inventory requirements.
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and inventory management requirements.

• HND in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related Social Science/Management discipline.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management processes.
• Good data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
