• Maintain accurate documentation and records of company assets
• Track company assets and ensure records are kept up to date
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels
• Support the movement, allocation and tracking of inventory and company assets
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile records where necessary
• Maintain organised documentation for easy tracking and reference
• Support other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

• At least, HND degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory, asset management, administration or a related role
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• The ability to work independently and manage routine tasks effectively
