The Inventory Officer will coordinate, supervise, and manage delivery agent operations to ensure efficiency, accountability, and high service standards. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, performance reviews, disciplinary handling, delivery supervision, CRM compliance, and serving as the communication bridge between agents, customer service, operations, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the onboarding process for new delivery agents.
  • Coordinate agent orientation, training, and operational integration.
  • Monitor agent activities and ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and appraisals for delivery agents.
  • Handle disciplinary issues, compliance matters, and operational escalations.
  • Supervise delivery activities to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Track agent productivity and delivery performance metrics.
  • Ensure proper order updates and CRM compliance by all agents.
  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to resolve delivery challenges.
  • Support operational process improvements for increased efficiency.
  • Serve as communication bridge between Delivery Agents, Customer Service, Operations, and Logistics Partners.
  • Ensure timely communication of operational updates, policies, and expectations.
  • Maintain professional relationships with agents and internal teams.
  • Support recruitment and recommendation of qualified delivery agents.
  • Assess agent suitability, professionalism, and operational readiness.
  • Identify underperforming agents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain operational records and performance reports.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics operations, agent management, inventory coordination, or related operations roles is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and technology tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism, discipline, accountability, and emotional maturity.
