The Inventory Officer (Receiving & Input Officer) is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate stock levels across the store and warehouse, ensuring inventory is tracked, recorded, and replenished in a timely manner to support smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.

• Receive and verify incoming stock from Procurement and Cargo teams, ensuring proper inspection and collaboration with the QC Officer during unboxing.
• Ensure stock quality and processing, including QC approval, tagging, barcoding, steaming, and preparation for shelving.
• Manage inventory system entry by assigning correct SKU codes, accurately inputting approved stock into the Harmony system, and maintaining proper categorization.
• Monitor and control inventory movement through stock tracking, stock counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records of stock movement.
• Support inventory reporting and operations by monitoring stock levels, recommending restocking, reporting irregularities, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring organized, safe storage areas.

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in inventory or stock control (retail experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift/manage stock boxes as required.
• Familiar with inventory software (Harmony) or retail POS systems.
