Meristem Stockbrokers is seeking an Investment Advisor for their Lagos office. The role involves generating new business ideas, devising strategies for acquiring new clients, and generating income in line with company set-targets. The advisor will effectively manage business relationships between the company and its clients, ensuring excellent service delivery. The position is based in Lagos.

• Location: Lagos (1) & Abuja (1)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Experience: 4–8 years in Capital Markets
• Education: Good first degree in any discipline from a reputable Higher Institution
• Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, CIS may be an added advantage

• Generate income and meet income targets in line with set-targets.
• Conduct aggressive marketing of the company's products and services.
• Effectively profile prospects/clients, analyze their financial risk appetite, needs, and goals for investing, and provide guidance on investments.
• Follow up on clients' mandates to ensure they are promptly executed and error-free.
• Maintain a cordial business relationship with all clients whilst ensuring regular communication with assigned clients.
• Effectively work with team members in handling all relationship management issues, ensuring all clients have access to more than one account officer at any given time.
