- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Treasury Sales, Investor Relations, Fund Management, or Business Development
- MBA and/or professional certifications such as CFA, ACCA, or related qualifications are an added advantage
- Proven experience in fundraising, capital raising, portfolio management, and investor/client relationship management
- Strong understanding of investment products, including equity, fixed income, debt instruments, and alternative investments
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales, fundraising, and fund growth targets
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks
- Exposure to domestic and international financial markets, including macroeconomic and microeconomic trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including investor presentations and proposal development
- Strong financial analysis, reporting, and interpretation capabilities
- Advanced client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- High-level analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and advisory skills for wealth management and investment guidance
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business, onboarding, and market expansion plans
