Equinix is looking to recruit young, smart, and committed individuals to join their organisation as an IP Operations Intern (NYSC) for the duration of their one-year mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program in 2026. You will have an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, support team projects, and grow professionally. If you are resourceful, versatile, analytical, assertive, and a self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, then you are their ideal candidate. You must also be interested in building a career in the Technology sector, buying into Equinix’s vision, and demonstrating integrity at all times. This is a hybrid role based in Victoria Island, Lagos.

What you will learn:

• Troubleshooting and Resolving WAN/LAN Connectivity Issues
• Network Designing, Planning, Administration, and Maintenance
• Configuring and Troubleshooting Cisco Routers and Switches
• Routing Protocol Troubleshooting in a Large-Scale Network

• Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper qualification or equivalent in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering
• Candidates must be currently enrolled in the NYSC program, posted to Lagos for service, and are looking for a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA)
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate leadership qualities through extra-curricular activities
• Ability to work with basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc) is essential
