Job Description

TEN-TGF is seeking a practical, tech-savvy, and business-minded individual to manage and grow our Business Centre, Digital Services, and Entertainment Operations, while supporting marketing activities and hospitality-related services.

This role is ideal for someone who understands technology, people, and cash discipline, and can turn daily activities into measurable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

IT & BUSINESS CENTRE OPERATIONS

  • Manage daily operations of the business centre (printing, photocopying, scanning, internet services, etc.)
  • Maintain computers, basic networking, and peripherals
  • Ensure uptime, basic troubleshooting, and proper usage of IT equipment
  • Keep accurate daily sales and service logs


ENTERTAINMENT & DIGITAL SERVICES

  • Manage video games consoles (PlayStation/Xbox), user sessions, and cash tracking
  • Support and supervise sports betting operations (where applicable)
  • Ensure fair use, compliance with house rules, and revenue accountability
  • Prevent misuse, credit sales, or unauthorised access


MARKETING (ONLINE & OFFLINE)

  • Support online marketing (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, basic content posting)
  • Assist with offline promotions (posters, flyers, local activations)
  • Promote TEN-TGF services: business centre, events, food & drinks, games, and specials
  • Track promotions and report what converts to actual sales


HOSPITALITY SUPPORT

  • Work closely with bar, kitchen, and event teams during peak periods
  • Support customer experience and service flow
  • Ensure adherence to no-credit policy and cash discipline
  • Assist during events, viewing centres, and special promotions
     

Required Skills

  • Basic to intermediate IT skills (computer operations, internet, printing systems)
  • Experience with business centres, cyber cafés, or gaming hubs
  • Familiarity with sports betting platforms (operational level)
  • Understanding of hospitality operations in Nigeria
  • Ability to market services both online and offline
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Honest, disciplined, and accountable with cash handling
