• Troubleshoot and maintain wireless and ethernet network systems and provide rapid solutions
• Install and administer application servers, laptops, and PCs, including operating systems
• Troubleshoot and manage user outlook issues
• Manage installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software
• Assess system performance and recommend improvements where necessary
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in planning, administration, and execution of projects
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Support any ERP or business application
• Provide technical/user support across the company
• Provide timely and accurate customer feedback
• Support and test the roll-out of new technologies, applications, and/or features

• 1 to 2 years relevant experience
• National Diploma/HND in Computer Science or related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Navision is a plus
