Catalyst Path Consulting is a consulting firm based in Apapa, Lagos, focused on providing IT and business solutions. The company is hiring an IT Graduate Trainee to support daily IT operations and technical support activities.

• Support daily IT operations and technical support activities.
• Assist employees with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot network, internet, Wi-Fi, and system-related issues.
• Support user account setup, password resets, and software installations.
• Maintain IT asset, software, and license records.
• Assist with system updates, backups, antivirus checks, and IT maintenance.
• Support network monitoring, cybersecurity initiatives, and IT projects.

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• NYSC completion or exemption is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows OS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting is preferred.
• Hardware maintenance and computer support skills.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, or IT support tools is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
• Candidates residing in or able to commute conveniently to Apapa, Lagos are preferred.
