The IT Infrastructure Support Intern will assist with the management, maintenance, monitoring, and support of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.

• Assist in managing and maintaining on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Support the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security, and assist in responding to incidents or outages.
• Help automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools such as Bash and Python.
• Support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, backups, and routine maintenance.
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist in implementing security best practices, including access control and vulnerability management.
• Provide technical support for internal systems and infrastructure-related issues.

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix system administration.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD and version control.
• Familiarity with Git and platforms such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
