Location: CBD, Abuja

• Provide IT support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in maintaining and updating IT systems, software, and infrastructure.
• Support the implementation of IT projects, upgrades, and security protocols.
• Help document IT processes, policies, and user guides.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT operations and timely resolution of technical issues.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an IT support or related role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with IT troubleshooting, system maintenance, and basic security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
