• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Support operating system and approved software installations and updates.
• Assist with user account creation, access management, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.
• Support network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Assist with cybersecurity activities, endpoint protection, antivirus/EDR monitoring, and security updates.
• Maintain records of IT incidents, requests, and resolutions.
• Assist with IT asset tracking, documentation, and inventory management.
• Support IT projects and other technology-related activities as assigned.

• B.Sc., HND, diploma, or relevant qualification in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or 0–1 year relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and IT troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
